As a Case Manager at Recreate Ohio, this work is deeply personal to me. I’ve been in recovery for over 12 years, and I currently hold my CDCA-P. I’m also actively working toward my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuropsychology — because I’m endlessly fascinated by how the brain works and how people heal.
I’ve seen the power of recovery in my own life and in the lives of so many people I care about. Helping others find their footing in sobriety and mental wellness isn’t just my job — it’s my passion. After losing my best friend to suicide in 2017, I became deeply committed to mental health advocacy and to creating space for honesty, healing, and hope.
When I’m not supporting clients, you can find me painting, reading, crafting, chasing after my two amazing kids, or soaking up the sunshine outside.
Being part of someone’s healing journey is one of the most rewarding things in the world — and I feel grateful every day to be doing this work. I hope to impact my clients’ lives in the same meaningful way case managers have impacted mine — by making a difference, one day at a time.
